When do your leases start and how long are they?

All leases are for one year. Leases start on September 1st, 2023 at noon and end August 31st, 2024 at noon.

When is my monthly rent due?

Your first month's rent in due in full prior to moving in. Each subsequent month's rent is due no later than the third of each month in advance. Rent/Damage/Security deposit checks should be made payable to: Hallett Properties. All payments can be delivered in person or Mailed to:

Be sure to include your apartment number on all payments.

Is a Damage/Security Deposit required?

A damage/security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The deposit is payable in full at the time of the lease signing.

Are pets allowed?

Cats only! Sorry folks no dogs or pets of any other kind are allowed.
