When do your leases start and how long are they?
Our leases start on September 1st at noon each year and end on August 22, 2026 at noon.
Is a damage/security deposit required?
A damage/security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. The deposit is payable in full at the time of the lease signing. The deposit is returned after your lease expires and all residents have moved out of the apartment. The deposit is returned via check.
What utilities do residents pay?
Residents pay Gas, Electric, & Internet.
What utilities does the building pay?
Water, Sewer, Weekly Garbage, & Recycling.
Who do I call to Have My Utilities Set up in my name for billing?
Gas: CenterPoint Energy 800-245-2377
Electric: Xcel Energy 800-895-4999
Are pets allowed?
Redmond Apartments is a cat friendly building. Please ask for all other types of pets.
Are the apartments furnished?
The apartments are not furnished. Kitchens include Refrigerator, Stove, & Microwave. Many of the apartments also have dishwashers.
What is the Laundry Situation?
All properties have either in unit or in building laundry. The laundry machines are included in your rent and free of charge for all current building residents to use.
Do you offer any off street parking?
Yes. We have a surface lot behind 613-629 University Ave SE with 21 spots. Parking is $100 per month per spot.
How does parking work/how do i request a spot?
Parking spots are assigned on a first come first serve basis. Existing residents who renew their lease keep their parking spots. New residents can request parking at the time they sign the lease or you can send an email to [email protected] to be put on the waiting list for a parking spot.
Do the Apartment have Air Conditioning?
No. Widow air conditioners at the residents expense are fine.
